Behind the Baking
People often ask where my passion for baking began. It started when I was six years old, helping my grandmother from Jamaica bake a cake from scratch in our kitchen. Watching her create something so special from simple ingredients left a lasting impression on me.
A few years later, my curiosity turned into creativity when I baked my first cake on my own. What started as a small experiment quickly became a lifelong passion.
Over the years, I’ve continued to develop my craft, learning professional cake decorating techniques and refining my recipes using premium ingredients. For me, baking is more than just making desserts—it’s a creative process that brings joy to people.
